Instructions
  1. Preheat the over to fan 200°C/425°F/Gas 7
  2. In a blender add the Quorn pieces and blitz
  3. Bruise the lemongrass stalks and add all of the ingredients to the blender and mix
  4. Once the mix is combined divide into 4 equal balls
  5. Place the balls on a baking tray covered in tin foil. Cook for approximately 12 minutes until starting to turn brown
  6. Serve!

I served these with brown rice, kale and added a thai sweet chilli dipping sauce for the balls.
