  1. Blitz the oats in a food processor until they are ground down and look like flour
  2. Add the milk, protein powder, eggs and baking powder to the food processor and blitz to combine
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the pancakes. It takes about 1 minute per side for them to be golden brown
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings

In this particular recipe I used My Protein Strawberry Cream Impact Whey Protein which worked really well. I will definitely be trying these with some different flavoured protein flavours, or for a more traditional flavour an unflavoured protein mix should work well,
